Limit one voucher per reservation • Reservations are required and subject to availability • Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies; voucher subject to forfeiture • Entire value must be used in a single visit. • Service delivery area includes locations within 20 miles of 91724. All packages include set up, breakdown and delivery within 20 miles of 91723 zip code. Outside of 20 miles of 91723 zip code, there is a .50 per mile fee, but set up and breakdown is included. Some holidays excluded.
